
Record Crowds Attend 15th Annual Evening on Antique Row
Benefiting the Historical Society of Palm Beach County
The Young Friends of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County and the Antique Row Association held the fifteenth Annual “Evening on Antique Row” on March 6, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the nationally acclaimed antiques district in West Palm Beach.
 As in year past, The Evening on Antique Row closed Dixie Highway between Southern Boulevard and Greenwood Avenue and offered live entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, horse and carriage rides and more, allowing visitors to explore the area’s 50 unique shops, each offering collections of 17th to 20th century antiques, decorative arts, period furnishings and fine art.
This year’s event features samplings by the best of local Palm Beach County restaurants. Participants slated for this year's event include III Forks Restaurant, 251 PB Pizza Bar Lounge, Cafe Boulud, Cafe Chardonnay, C'est Si Bon, Christina's Catering, Creme de la Creme, Cucina Dell'Arte, Echo, Howley's, The Junior League of the Palm Beaches, The Lord's Place / Cafe Joshua Catering, Marcello's La Sirena, Nick & Johnnie's, Palm Beach Grill, Pistache, Santaluces High School Culinary Arts Academy, Someone's in the Kitchen Catering, the sugar monkey, Sushi Jo, Temple Orange at The Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach, and White Apron Catering.

 The Evening on Antique Row benefits the educational programs of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County.
Following the event, the Young Friends of the Historical Society hosted a fabulous After-Party Lounge held high above West Palm Beach on the pool deck of City Place South Tower Condominium. Drinks were provided by Chill Wine Merchants and Palm Beach Proper Vodka, and hors d'oeuvres were created by Cafe Boulud and Forte di Asprinio. Dancing and fun began at 9:30 PM through midnight. Those who attended the afterparty had a blast dancing and enjoying live entertainment, including an over-the-top drag show!
